Internal materials should not be an afterthought. It is important for the culture of an organization to keep the business philosophy and design aesthetic throughout. It makes for a boost in pride. Too that end, Cyberscout asked me to come up with a series of badges that could be awarded to employees for achievements. At the time, Cyberscout's logo had a prominent pin. It made perfect sense to carry that through as a design motif in each of the badges. Here is the result
